Cardgap is a market-data terminal for trading card games (Pokémon TCG, One Piece TCG, etc.), publishing pricing, indices, reports, and blog content. Information is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice.
3. Intellectual Property
Text, images, and aggregated data on the Site are owned by Cardgap or the underlying rights holders. Citations are welcome with attribution within fair-use bounds. Public dataset license terms (CC-BY 4.0) are documented at /data.
All Pokémon TCG and One Piece Card Game card images, names, and characters are trademarks/copyrights of The Pokémon Company, Bandai, and their respective rights holders.

- We make no warranty as to accuracy or completeness of information
- We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on the Site
- We are not liable for content of linked third-party sites
- No compensation will be provided for service interruption or termination
5. Prohibited Acts
You shall not:
- Violate laws, these Terms, or public order
- Infringe rights of Cardgap, other users, or third parties
- Conduct excessive automated scraping (follow our public API guidelines instead)
- Obtain or use account credentials by improper means
- Interfere with the operation of the Site
6. Paid Plans
Some features are available via paid plans. Pricing, payment methods, and cancellation terms are documented at /pricing. Payments are processed via Stripe.
7. Data Sources
Pricing data is aggregated from public sources including TCGPlayer, Mercari, Yahoo Auctions, Card Rush, PSA, and optcgapi.com. Rights to the underlying data belong to those operators.
8. Privacy
Treatment of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the home page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The exclusive court of first instance shall be the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location.
